Guides to Conference Venue

For participants who land at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2), you can take a taxi to the Concorde Hotel KL. The ride to the hotel takes about 50 minutes (Distance: ~60 km).

Visa Application

Participants are requested to apply for VISA 3 months prior to the symposium. Full details on visa regulations are available at www.kln.gov.my. Supporting documents required for visa application can be provided upon request.

 

If your VISA got rejected, you may request for refund and it should be made in writing 2 months prior to the event. Refund will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant.
